This is an exact copy of the guitar strap that Jeri created for Keith Richards. Jeri starts by treating a piece of thick belt leather, making it soft and supple. She then mixes and hand dyes the leather turquoise and paints it black. Once the leather strap is dyed and treated, she bevels the edges to "frame" the black strap in deep turquoise. The overlays are python skin, outlined with our own hand oxidized, hand place, blackened nickel nailheads. The strap is adorned with genuine turquoise gemstones, backed in high quality turquoise suede and then embellished with blackened nickel eyelets. The Keith Richards guitar strap is finished off with our signature adjustment buckle. |
