This strap is made entirely of kidskin, which has been layered over a thicker leather.  We cut three strips of kidskin and stitched them on a thicker strip of leather.  Then we topped the stripes with a sun in the front, and a moon in the back.  A very simple design that really "pops"!  The strap is thick and supple, backed with black suede.
