Creating a strap for Alan Parsons was an incredible honor!  Alan is multi-talented to say the least!

Alan  was involved with the production of several significant albums, including the Beatles' Abbey Road and Let It Be, as well as Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon. 

Alan has been nominated for 13 Grammy awards and has sold out worldwide tours both with The Alan Parsons' Project and as a solo artist.

For Alan's custom guitar strap, we took cues from his album covers Eye in the Sky, The Turn of a Friendly Card and his newest release, The Secret.

David Karns Karns airbrushed the back of the strap and kidskin overlays overlays that run up the front of the strap.

The King of Diamonds card was meticulously cut from layers of kidskin which were glued, then sewn to the leather strap.

The back of the strap features a kidskin magician and a dove on airbrushed leather. 

The magician is Alan, and his hair was carefully hand cut and arranged, then stitched with clear thread to add even more dimension.
